Arthritis
Osteoarthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis
Arthritis occurs as a pain or inflammation and/or a wearing away of the joints, this
being of two types:

●Osteoarthritis is a deformation produced when the cartilage between the bones
wears away, to the point where the cartilage can disappear, causing the bones to
rub up against one another, particularly in the extremities.
●Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is different from osteoarthritis in that it extends to
the whole body, inflames the cartilage and synovial membrane, where the bones
join. This causes a loss of synovial fluid (oily liquid that serves to lubricates and
protects against friction and deterioration away of the bones).
This illness is not common but when it occurs it requires medical attention.

The symptoms are:
Inflammation and pain in the joints, usually beginning in the hands or feet but can also occur in the spinal column or in other areas. Humid climate and cold weather increase the pain. It can become difficult to move and also can cause a deformation in
the affected area of the body (hands, feet, etc.). It generally increases with time, impeding freedom of movement.

Suggested treatment:
It is recommended to eliminate red meats, alcohol, cigarettes and other toxic elements.
Allergies to certain foods can produce inflammation in the joints. The most common are: flour, sugar, whole milk, potatoes and black pepper. (Try these with caution to see if any produce an inflammation in the joints).
•Avoid butter and fried foods.
•Red meats contain a fatty acid called Aracidonic Acid. This acid contributes greatly to the inflammation of the tissues

A vegetarian diet impedes and blocks the process whereby aracidonic acid is converted into inflammatory prostaglandins

The same benefits have been found by consuming fish oil from cold, fresh waters fish which contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA) (beneficial fats) like
Omega-3, also Omega-6 and Omega-9, or oleic acid found in olive oil.

It has been found that cranberries, from the same family as blackberries, strawberries and cherries, principally of a dark violet-blue color, contain bioflavenoids which act as anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidizing agents (nectar of Aloe Vera with cranberry strengthens and multiplies its results).

It is strongly recommended to consume this type of fruit in large quantities. This same treatment is recommended for gout

Other elements that have been effective against rheumatoid arthritis are:
Selenium, a powerful anti-oxidizer that plays an important part in blocking the production of inflammatory prostaglandins.
Vitamin E, when combined with selenium, makes it more powerful.
Other helpful elements are:
Zinc: is given to a group of patients to significantly improved the symptoms of
rheumatoid arthritis.

Some other elements strongly recommended by Dr. Murray are:
Vitamin-C and Magnesium. Both should be taken daily
Korean and Siberian Ginseng 14, 115 have great properties as adapters.
That is to say, they help the body adapt itself in moments of tension and stress,
making sure that the suprarenal glands adequately secrete the bodys anti-inflammatory and stabilizing hormones, thus slowing or even eliminating the
problems caused by rheumatoid arthritis. It has been found that stress causes this type of arthritis.

A good way to detoxify the body is by means of fasting for I to 3 days, consuming mostly fruit juices.
Aloe Vera juice is highly recommended due to its strong cleansing and detoxifying powers inside the micro-folds of the intestines.
For a more complete cleansing or flushing of the system, use a rectal enema with a caffeine base for three consecutive days (see this in detail in detoxification of the liver). Fast under medical supervision.
The following is also suggested:
Do not consume red meats,
Take fish oil with Omega-3.
Increase consumption of codfish, sardines, tuna and olive oil.
Plenty of oranges or grapefruit (Vitamin C).
Lots of raw vegetables in salads.
Large amounts of strawberries, cherries or cranberries.
Minimize intake of salt, sugar and flour.
Drinkl or 2 glasses of low fat milk daily (has large quantities of calcium which is
Eat cottage cheese and whole wheat.
It is recommended to take vitamins A, B1, B12, C & E and the minerals:
selenium, manganese and calcium.
To ease pain, willow tea (from the bark of willow trees) secretes a substance
similar to aspirin. Warning! If you are allergic to aspirin, do not drink this tea.
Do exercises like low impact aerobics
, but do not overexert yourself
. These
exercises will help make the joints more flexible.
The use of copper bracelets can help some people with minor cases of arthritis.
Dr. Helmar Dolwet writes in his book “The Copper Bracelet and Arthritis” that in
some incidences of arthritis, the person has difficulty absorbing copper. It is
believed that copper can dissolve from the bracelet, penetrating the body
through the skin and be used by the body
.
.
Warning! If arthritis worsens and you are unable to slow it down: Consult your physician.
